Pasta Dinner & Lecture Scheduled For Oshkosh Half Marathon

Power Up for the Oshkosh Half Marathon at the ARC Pasta Dinner!

The Oshkosh Half Marathon & 5K will be held on Saturday, April 18 at 8 am is fast approaching. To get fueled up for the big day, all are invited to get their fill at the ARC Pasta dinner.

The dinner will be held the night before the Marathon at the First Congregational Church located at 137 Algoma Blvd. in Oshkosh from 4:30 to 8:30 pm. Jim Boldra, USAT Certified coach, who has completed over 30 Ironmans and 100 marathons, will be the featured guest speaker. His talk is entitled “Imagine Your Finish” Jim will teach how visualization can promote relaxation, intentional focus as well as confident and resilient mindsets. He will also explain the valuable tool of disassociative thinking for longer distances. It is $8 for adults and $4 for children 12 and under. It will feature pasta and sauces, assorted breads, fresh fruits, and vegetables

Registration is also still open for the Oshkosh Half Marathon & 5k on Saturday, April 18 at 8 am. The Kids’ Lionhearted Run that will take place on Friday, April 17 at 6pm.
